About Us
Monique van Hussen:
I was born in the Netherlands and in the early 80’s I crossed the Atlantic with my family to Costa Rica, where we have made our home for the past 35 years. For 24 years I worked at the Netherlands Embassy as a Trade, Cultural and Press Officer for Panama, Honduras, El Salvador and Costa Rica and gained much knowledge in foreign and domestic affairs, networking, trade fairs, marketing and cultural matters.
Marcel van Hussen:
I grew up, and still live, in my neighborhood: Rohrmoser. Besides being born and raised here I’m also half Dutch and 3 speak languages fluently. Did an international baccalaureate at the British School of Costa Rica, I’m a Licensed Real Estate broker, a dive instructor and presently studying Tourism Business Management at the Universidad Latina in San Pedro.

We always work in due order with the Multiple Listing Services system, MLS, (Costa Rica’s official Property and Broker database) as used in Europe and the United States and we will provide the best national and international marketing tools.
